Job Description – GNM Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors in all hair & aesthetic procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of clinical instruments.
• Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.
• Maintain patient records and treatment updates.
• Handle basic emergency situations following clinic protocols.
• Provide patient counselling regarding procedures and after-care.
• Manage inventory of nursing supplies and consumables.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with clinic standards.
• Support front office team when required with patient flow management.

Required Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM with Paramedical Licence
• Must have a valid Kerala Nursing Council License
• Strong patient-handling skills
• Good communication and professional behaviour
• Relevant experience in dermatology/aesthetic/hair clinic preferred (1–3 years)
