Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Female Nurse to conduct medical examinations, accurately document findings, and perform efficient data entry within our senior citizen wellness community. This role requires a detail-oriented professional dedicated to high standards of patient care and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Examinations: Conduct comprehensive medical examinations for patients, including vital signs and physical assessments. Assist physicians as needed and maintain examination room cleanliness.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record patient medical history and examination findings into the EHR system. Ensure data completeness, precision, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Patient Interaction: Greet patients, provide clear instructions, address queries empathetically, and offer health education.
• Operational Support: Adhere to clinic policies, manage medical supplies, and collaborate with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• DLF QE, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
