Staff Nurse

Job Description

Sri Sakthi Hospital is seeking dedicated and skilled Female Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling general nursing duties with professionalism and care
• Performing wound dressing and post-procedure care
• Ryle’s Tube (RT) insertion
• Catheterization (male and female)
• Assisting in emergency treatment and first-response care
• Monitoring and checking vital signs regularly
• Maintaining patient charts, documentation, and reports
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards
• Coordinating with doctors and fellow nurses for patient management

Shifts

• Day Shift
• Morning Shift
• Night Shift

(Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male & Female candidates
• Diploma in Nursing (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment
• Tamil language proficiency (Required)
• Must be able to reliably commute to Chennai or be willing to relocate before joining

Pay

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
