Staff Nurse

A staff nurse is a registered professional responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and creating and implementing care plans.

• Patient care:
• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Providing direct care, such as bathing, feeding, and changing bed linens.
• Monitoring vital signs and overall patient health, and recording observations.
• Medication and treatment:
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Preparing injections and performing technical procedures like catheterization or wound dressing.
• Patient and family support:
• Educating patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-hospital care.
• Addressing the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families.
• Administration and coordination:
• Managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
• Coordinating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Emergency and safety:
• Responding to medical emergencies and administering immediate care.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with infection control policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
