Staff Nurse

• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Taking health histories, checking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature), observing symptoms, and performing physical exams.
• Care Implementation: Administering medications and treatments, assisting with procedures, changing dressings, and providing direct care.
• Documentation: Accurately recording all patient information, actions, and irregularities in electronic health records (EHRs).
• Collaboration: Communicating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Patient & Family Education: Explaining health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care to patients and their families.
• Coordination: Managing referrals, discharge planning, and coordinating care across different providers.
