Staff nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient safety and comfort while following hospital policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
• Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care
• Educate patients and families about health and treatment plans
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing area

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or BSc in Nursing
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
