Staff Nurse

Job Summary

Aravaind IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments. The candidate should support doctors, ensure patient comfort, and follow clinical protocols with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and IVF treatments
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain nursing records
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
• Counsel patients with empathy and confidentiality
• Coordinate with OT, laboratory, and pharmacy teams as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Experience in IVF / gynecology / obstetrics preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
• Good communication skills in English and local language
