Staff Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as per medical orders
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries
• Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and reports
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols
• Provide emotional support and basic health education to patients and families
• Prepare and maintain wards, equipment, and emergency supplies
• Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines
