Staff Nurse

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctors’ instructions Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly Administer medications and injections safely Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation Ensure infection control and patient safety standards Educate patients and attendants on care procedures Coordinate with ward staff and other departments Perform duties during shifts, night duties, Eligibility & Qualifications: GNM / BSc Nursing qualification Valid Nursing Council Registration 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply ) Good communication skills Ability to work in shifts and handle OT duties
