Staff Nurse

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care, support medical procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort. The nurse will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctors’ instructions
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
• Maintain patient records and nursing notes
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols
• Educate patients and attend to patient and family concerns
• Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and other hospital departments
• Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and shift schedules
• Assist in ward management and emergency situations

Qualifications & Requirements

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC)
• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care standards
• Good communication skills in Malayalam
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty
• Caring, responsible, and patient-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ward, casualty, or OT (as applicable)
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly
• Team-oriented approach and ethical practice
• Basic computer knowledge for hospital systems
