Staff Nurse

• Responsible to provide direct patient care to individuals in the pre-surgical, operative and recovery periods
• Coordinate Admission / Discharge / Transfer / Billing processes for continual patient care services
• Review patients history and medication records and exchange information for continuous care(shift to shift)
• Explaining the procedure and other required details for surgery to patients and attendants on admission
• Room allotment to the patients
• Pre Op instructions and procedures and monitoring patients’ health (BP/Dilation/Special medications)
• Diet Instruction to the patients.
• Ensure patient comfort.
• Co-ordinating with OT and Surgeon on patient admission.
• Ensure patients availability on time.
• Shifting the patients to the OT.
• Receiving patients back from OT
• Immediate Post OP Instruction to patients and attenders.
• Ensure patient stability and provide Post OP Dressing.
• Taking care of Post OP Medications
• Ensuring Discharge summary to be ready before discharge.
• Post Op Instructions & Discharge Summary Handover to the patients.
• Feedback from patients.
• Issuing Privilege card to patients at the time of discharge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
