Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations while maintaining safety, hygiene, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries
• Monitor and record patient vitals (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.)
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Maintain patient records and nursing notes accurately
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and treatment areas
• Handle medical supplies, medicines, and stock registers
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and follow-up care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Good communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a medical team
• Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing protocols

Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates may apply
• Experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
