Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure patients' physical and emotional needs are met in a safe and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients based on the prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
• Prepare patients for medical procedures and educate them about aftercare.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
• Ensure the proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
• Uphold infection control standards and hospital policies.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Participate in continuous training, development programs, and departmental meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
