Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital. The Nurse will assist doctors, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and ensure patient safety and comfort. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support patients and their families effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and prescribed treatments safely.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Follow infection control and hygiene protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Support emergency care, including CPR and first aid when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff for efficient patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM / ANM / GAD / BSc Nursing).
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• 0–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
