Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and report changes to the treating physician
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and discharge
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment
• Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and nursing guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)
• Valid Nursing Council Registration

Experience

• Fresher or 1–5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience in ICU, OT, ER, or specialty departments is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
