Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care according to hospital policies and standards
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control practices
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing
• Valid nursing license/registration
• 1–3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts
