Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care

  • Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly.
  • Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, surgeries, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.

2. Medication & Treatment

  • Administer medications as prescribed by the consultant.
  • Follow proper dosage, timing, and documentation protocols.
  • Ensure safe IV line management and injections.
  • Monitor and report adverse drug reactions.

3. Documentation

  • Maintain IP case sheets, nursing notes, and medication charts.
  • Clearly mention insurance / non-insurance status where required.
  • Record intake-output charting.
  • Ensure proper handover during shift change.

4. Infection Control

  • Follow infection control protocols and hand hygiene practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness of patient care area.
  • Proper disposal of biomedical waste.

5. Coordination

  • Coordinate with doctors, ICU, OT, pharmacy, and insurance department.
  • Communicate patient condition updates to Nursing In-Charge.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge instructions.

6. Emergency Handling

  • Identify emergencies and respond promptly.
  • Assist in CPR and emergency procedures.
  • Shift patients safely when required.

7. Compliance & Discipline

  • Follow hospital policies and duty roster strictly.
  • Avoid continuous leave without approval.
  • Maintain professional behavior with patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
