Requirement for Staff Nurses for a reputed Hospital in Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with hospital standards while working under the direction of senior nurses.
• Dispense medications and carry out treatments precisely and on schedule.
• Track patients’ vital signs regularly and inform doctors or senior staff of any unusual changes.
• Carry out basic procedures, including cannulation.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date entries in patient files.
• Follow infection prevention and safety measures diligently.
• Assist with daily living needs such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Communicate with patients and families in an empathetic and professional manner.
• Work closely with other departments (lab, pharmacy, housekeeping) to deliver coordinated care.
• Take part in training programs and skill enhancement activities on a regular basis.
