We are hiring on-site clinical nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care across specialty wards and support fast-paced hospital operations in India.

Role: Staff Nurse (BSc/GNM)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care—assess patients, administer medications, monitor vitals, and document care plans accurately.
• Perform procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and sample collection while following aseptic technique.
• Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff to implement treatment plans and escalate clinical changes promptly.
• Maintain infection control standards, hand hygiene, and safe handling of biomedical waste to minimise hospital-acquired infections.
• Deliver patient and family education on medication, post-discharge care and procedure preparation with compassion and clarity.
• Support shift handovers, participate in ward rounds, audits and quality-improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• BSc Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognised institution and active registration with the State Nursing Council.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrable clinical experience in a hospital setting with competency in medication administration and bedside procedures.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in ICU, Emergency or Maternity units.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and electronic clinical documentation.
