Healthcare — Multispeciality Hospital / Acute Care sector. We provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient clinical services across medicine, surgery, ICU, emergency and maternity units. We are hiring on-site clinical nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care across specialty wards and support fast-paced hospital operations in India.
Role: Staff Nurse (BSc/GNM)
Role & Responsibilities

Provide direct bedside nursing care—assess patients, administer medications, monitor vitals, and document care plans accurately.

Perform procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and sample collection while following aseptic technique.

Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff to implement treatment plans and escalate clinical changes promptly.

Maintain infection control standards, hand hygiene, and safe handling of biomedical waste to minimise hospital-acquired infections.

Deliver patient and family education on medication, post-discharge care and procedure preparation with compassion and clarity.

Support shift handovers, participate in ward rounds, audits and quality-improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
-
BSc Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognised institution and active registration with the State Nursing Council.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Demonstrable clinical experience in a hospital setting with competency in medication administration and bedside procedures.
Preferred
-
Experience in ICU, Emergency or Maternity units.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and electronic clinical documentation.
