Their responsibilities encompass patient preparation, assisting during procedures, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing post-procedure care and education. They also ensure the sterility and functionality of equipment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
