Responsibilities
Clinical Practice:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to policies and unit scope.

Maintain accurate documentation and utilize electronic health systems (e.g., Malaffi).

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
Leadership & Mentorship

Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff and students.

Promote teamwork and a learning environment.
Compliance & Safety
-
Adhere to SEHA policies, infection control, and Health & Safety standards.

Maintain confidentiality and complete mandatory training and licensure requirements.
Patient & Family Education
-
Provide education and resources to patients and families.

Support health promotion activities.
Customer Service
-
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing OR
Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course
duration AND
Successful Completion Of The National Exam
USA: NCLEX - RN
Canada: Licensing Exam
Required
Minimum two (2) years clinical experience post qualification
