Staff Nurse ( ER )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ER Staff Nurse with at least 1 year of experience to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, emergency care, and collaboration with the medical team to ensure prompt and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage emergency patients upon arrival.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during emergency procedures and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the ER environment and equipment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Follow hospital protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and emergency preparedness drills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Emergency Room or acute care settings.
• Sound knowledge of emergency nursing practices and protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
