Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) to join our hospital team. As a nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring safe and effective treatment for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care, monitor vitals, and administer medications.
• Assist doctors during procedures and clinical interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with valid registration.
• 0–3 years of hospital/clinical experience (freshers may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols and patient care.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
