Staff Nurse (ICU)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

·Ensure accurate documentation in nursing assessment sheet, pre and post-operative documents, intake output chart, ER chart, ICU chart etc.

• Participate in consultant rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.
• Provide professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.
• Observes and records signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients reports, assessment changes to the concerned authority.
• Takes the nursing history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.
• Accurately records and reports incidents.
• Ensure strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for 24x7.
• Ensure smooth functioning of admission, discharge and transfer procedures and assists others with patients activities and care with collaborative manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with 1- 2 years of experience in ICU.
• Cardiac ICU experience preferred.
