Staff Nurse (ICU)

• Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care to infants and children in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, fluid balance, ventilators, infusion pumps, and post-operative parameters.
• Administer medications, inotropes, blood products, and sedation as per protocols and physician instructions.
• Assist with bedside procedures, intubation, extubation, central line care, and postoperative management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, cardiologists, and allied health teams.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, including emergencies.
• Educate and support parents and families throughout the child’s ICU stay.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety norms, and infection control standards.
• Uphold the values of compassion, ethical care, and service central to the hospital’s mission.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
