Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and round-the-clock monitoring for admitted patients.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor’s prescription.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and handovers.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and safety practices in the ward.
• Support patients and families with care, empathy, and clear communication.
• Coordinate with doctors, OT, pharmacy, and laboratory teams for smooth patient care.

Requirements

• Nursing qualification (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IP Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and ward procedures.
• Good communication, observation, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and able to handle emergencies effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
