Staff Nurse (NICU)

• Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) who are premature, critically ill, or require surgical intervention
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate advanced medical equipment essential for neonatal care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support parents and families, offering guidance on newborn care and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of each patient, documenting observations, treatments, and responses
• Ensure a sterile and safe environment in the NICU to prevent infections and complications
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest advancements in neonatal care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
