Position: NICU Staff Nurse

Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Reporting To: Nursing Supervisor
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (NICU experience preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in NICU
Shift: As per hospital roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Care of neonates in NICU
• Monitoring vitals and ventilated babies
• Medication administration and documentation
• Infection control and family coordination
