Staff Nurse (NICU)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to preterm and critically ill newborns.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, incubators, and phototherapy units.
• Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.
• Educate and support parents regarding newborn care.
• Maintain a safe and clean NICU environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of NICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical care skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
