Staff Nurse (NICU/PICU)

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses (GNM/BSc Nursing) to join our paediatric and neonatology team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a child-focused healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to paediatric and neonatal patients
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records
• Ensure infection control practices are followed
• Support parents and caregivers with necessary guidance
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient care

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing
• Kerala Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
• Experience in paediatrics/neonatology is an advantage, but freshers may also apply

Skills Required

• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong clinical and observation skills
• Compassionate approach towards children and parents
