Staff Nurse/Aesthetic Technician

1. Overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels to maintain quality patient care

2.Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

3.Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring and training.

4.Monitoring and evaluating nursing care outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks

5.Significant experience in nursing leadership or management, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Certification in nursing administration or a related field is preferred.
