Job Description :

We are hiring Diploma Nursing professionals to provide compassionate home-based Healthcare services, and ensure comfort and safety at home. Ideal candidates should be caring, responsible, and patient-focused

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Support & Health Monitoring.
• Medication, wound dressing, post-surgery & elderly care. Administer oral medications and assist in IV / injection under supervision.
• Monitor and record vital signs, assist with hygiene & mobility, maintain patient records.
• Follow the care plan prescribed by Doctors and Senior Nurses.
• Educate family on care & safety, ensure clean & safe environment.

Patient's Home (As per Requirement)

• Home care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• B.Sc. Nursing, Diploma Nursing, ANM, GNM . (Preferred)
