About Neovance:

At Neovance, we’re transforming the patient experience by driving better outcomes through compassion, innovation, and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience partnering with the biopharmaceutical industry, we deliver agile, technology-enabled patient access solutions that help people start and stay on therapy.

Our expertise spans HUB services, patient assistance programs, field reimbursement, nursing, and non-commercial pharmacy - each designed to remove barriers to care and ensure patients receive the therapies they need when they need them.

Guided by our values of Agility, Integrity, Tenacity, Unity, and Quality, we work as one Neovance team to optimize access, enhance adherence, and make a meaningful impact, one patient at a time.

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity for a clinically grounded, detail-oriented pharmacist who wants to stay deeply engaged in patient care without the demands of a traditional full-time schedule. As a part-time Staff Pharmacist supporting our fulfillment pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every prescription is safe, accurate, and delivered with uncompromising quality.

You’ll serve as a clinical safeguard across the dispensing lifecycle; verifying prescriptions, guiding pharmacy technicians, and upholding Neovance’s “Zero Misses” quality standard. Working alongside a collaborative team of onsite and remote pharmacists, you’ll help maintain operational excellence while protecting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and turnaround time expectations.

This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values precision, accountability, and flexibility, and who takes pride in being a trusted clinical presence within a fast-paced, high-quality pharmacy environment.

What You'll Do:

Product Verification & Dispensing

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and clinical safety prior to dispensing
  • Confirm drug, dosage, labeling, and patient information
  • Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold Neovance’s “Zero Misses” quality standard

Fulfillment Oversight

  • Oversee pharmacy technicians performing filling, labeling, packing, and shipping
  • Provide real-time workflow direction, troubleshooting, and prioritization
  • Ensure fulfillment processes—including cold chain handling—meet USP <1079> and GSDP standards
  • Review temperature logs, controlled substance inventories, and storage conditions

Front-End Pharmacy Processing

  • Assist with clinical review, onboarding, and order clarification when needed
  • Collaborate with full-time and remote pharmacists to maintain turnaround time metrics

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to FDA, DEA, and state regulatory standards
  • Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Quality Management Program (QMP) documentation and reporting
  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards

What You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm); Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred
  • Active Florida pharmacist license in good standing and ability to obtain additional licenses as needed
  • Proficiency using computer systems, multitasking, and managing time-sensitive order volume
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience in a retail or specialty pharmacy, with demonstrated ability to:
    • Analyze information and make sound clinical decisions
    • Administer medications appropriately
    • Interpret physician orders to ensure safe, accurate dispensing
    • Communicate clearly with prescribers, patients, and internal teams
    • Apply FDA regulations, pharmacology knowledge, and legal/compliance standards
    • Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.

All job offers are determined based on a candidate’s location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Regular, full-time, or part-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Life Insurance
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability
  • 401(k) with a 5% company match with immediate vesting
  • Personal Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO)
  • Company bonus where applicable
