Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is redefining financial management for mid-market businesses by combining enterprise-grade power with Intuit simplicity. As we expand deeper into vertical markets — including Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare — we’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager who can bridge product strategy, customer insight, and go-to-market excellence.
This is a full-stack PMM role — driving both inbound strategy (market and customer insight, positioning, packaging, pricing) and outbound execution (launch, storytelling, enablement, demand generation). The ideal candidate brings a passion for translating complexity into clarity and thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
Inbound Strategy & Product Partnership
Partner with Product to shape the roadmap for vertical expansion — identifying the highest-value industry workflows, use cases, and packaging strategies.
Define and measure key success metrics for adoption, retention, and expansion.
Outbound & Go-to-Market
Drive the GTM strategy and launch plans for new industry editions — from messaging to demand gen activation to sales enablement.
Collaborate with Growth and Sales to test and optimize messaging, funnels, and win/loss patterns across verticals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the “voice of the industry” within Intuit — representing customer needs in roadmap, pricing, and packaging discussions.
Champion experimentation and continuous learning to improve how we go to market across verticals and segments.
Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, strategy, or product management
Experience supporting Sales-led and product-led growth and equipping sales orgs with content that drives conversion.
Nice to have: direct or adjacent experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, or Healthcare industries.
