Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish end-to-end quality system framework for the factory.
2. Maintain quality systems and coordinate with corporate quality system departments for external audits.
3. Conduct internal quality system audits and implement closed-loop management.
4. Develop and operate internal continuous improvement systems.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. Familiarity with common issues in computer hardware and OS systems, basic FA analysis skills, and knowledge of quality control processes.
3. Strong team management and interpersonal skills. Preferred Job Requirements:: proficiency in quality tools/digital tools, possession of PMP/Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certifications.
4. Excellent English communication and writing skills.
