Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse located in Vishakhapatnam. The Staff Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, observing and recording patient behavior, performing physical examinations, collecting patient health histories, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The nurse will coordinate the patient's discharge planning and educate patients and their families on health and wellness. This role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, performing physical examinations, and collecting patient health histories
• Skilled in administering medications and observing and recording patient behavior
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and coordinate discharge planning
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education on health and wellness
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification
• Active RN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
