• Describe a time when you provided research and analytical support for a project or team. What specific tasks did you perform, and how did you ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your work? What tools or software did you use to gather, analyze, and publish information (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Excel, Adone, Word)?
• This position will be responsible for arranging and booking both international and domestic travel for staff using the mandated system, which requires strict adherence to established policies and guidelines. Please describe a time when you coordinated travel for a team or individual in a business environment, including the systems/applications you used. Alternatively, outline the step-by-step process you would follow to successfully organize, plan, and book travel while maintaining strict adherence to agency policies.
• In this position, you will analyze, process, and monitor invoices, contracts, and subscriptions for the Inflation Sensitive asset class. This responsibility includes coordinating, communicating with, and managing multiple key stakeholders (including the business area, procurement, accounting, and external vendors) to ensure timely initiation, processing, and successful payments. Please describe a time when you successfully coordinated and processed a complete multi-departmental process, procurement, or contracting cycle within an agency, institution, or department.
