The Department of State Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and talented individual for the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) position in the Administrative Services Division, Patient Cost Recovery Section (PCRS). Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the SSA performs a variety of analytical duties within the Compliance Oversight Office. This position requires the incumbent maintain consistent and regular attendance; communicate effectively (orally and in writing) in dealing with internal and external stakeholders; develop and maintain knowledge and skill related to specific tasks, methodologies, materials and equipment; complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner; and adhere to Department policies and procedures.
Willing to consider an Associate Governmental Program Analyst. Duties will reflect the appropriate position candidate is hired into.

Staff Services Analyst (SSA) – Proof of completion of 12th Grade or equivalent - Eligibility for this classification requires the “equivalent to completion of the 12th grade”. Candidates must submit high school transcripts or college/university transcript(s) to demonstrate the “equivalent to completion of the 12th grade” with their application package. Transcripts must include the date(s) the diploma, certificate, or degree was awarded.
