Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably within the insurance industry.

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

A positive and persistent attitude, comfortable with making outbound calls.

Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce The Campbell Group's insurance products and services.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance offerings.

Identify potential customer needs and determine if our products are a good fit.

Schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.

Accurately record all call activity and customer information in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
