staff Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for company employees across all departments. The ideal candidate will help improve employee performance, productivity, and professional skills while supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs for employees and departments through performance reviews, feedback, and management input
• Design and develop training programs, workshops, and learning materials
• Conduct onboarding training for new employees
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Maintain training records and attendance reports
• Work closely with department heads and HR to align training with business objectives
• Support performance improvement plans and skill development initiatives
• Stay updated on best practices in learning and development

Key Roles & Expectations

• Act as the primary trainer for company staff
• Improve employee skills, knowledge, and job performance
• Promote a culture of continuous learning
• Ensure training programs are consistent and effective across departments
• Provide coaching and mentoring support when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, staff trainer, or similar role
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
• Experience with training evaluation methods and performance metrics
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or learning management systems (LMS)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
