Staff Trainer (FOH & BOH)

Job Summary
SALT Pakistan is seeking an experienced and professional Staff Trainer to develop, train, and evaluate Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) employees across all branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving employee performance, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining service excellence, and building a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service training.
- Proven experience conducting staff training programs and operational coaching.
- Experience in both FOH and BOH operations preferred.
Key Responsibilities Training & Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for FOH and BOH staff.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Prepare training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.
- Identify training needs through performance assessments and operational audits.
FOH Training
- Train employees on customer service excellence.
- Train staff on guest handling, order taking, upselling, and complaint management.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and SOPs.
BOH Training
- Train kitchen staff on food preparation standards and SOP compliance.
- Ensure understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Conduct refresher training on operational procedures and kitchen discipline.
Performance Monitoring
- Evaluate employee performance after training sessions.
- Conduct skill assessments and practical evaluations.
- Recommend promotions, development plans, and corrective actions based on performance.
Operational Compliance
- Ensure all branches comply with company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits and identify performance gaps.
- Submit training reports and improvement recommendations to management.
Skills Required

Working Hours
- 9 Hours Per Day
- 6 Days Per Week
- Travel between branches may be required.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
