The Hiring & Staffing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the Satisfaction Research Call Center (SRC) is fully staffed, prepared, and operating efficiently each day. This position leads recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts, directly impacting team performance and overall operational success.

Forecast staffing needs based on business demands and performance goals
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new hires are set up for success
Represent the organization at hiring events and within the community
Create and manage employee schedules across multiple teams
Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and coverage needs
Ensure schedules align with operational demands and performance targets
Adjust staffing plans proactively based on trends and business needs
Employee Management & Retention
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Monitor turnover trends and implement strategies to improve retention
Partner with leadership to address staffing challenges and improve team performance
Maintain a positive and productive team environment
Operations & Systems Management
Maintain accurate employee data, schedules, and timecards in Paycom
Ensure compliance with company policies and attendance standards
Monitor key staffing and performance metrics
Open and prepare the office daily to ensure operational readiness
Partner with leadership to improve hiring, staffing, and retention strategies
Communicate staffing updates, challenges, and solutions proactively
Support process improvements related to workforce planning and scheduling
Standards, Goals & Expectations
Meet monthly hiring and interview completion goals
Accurately forecast staffing needs at least two weeks in advance
Maintain optimal staffing levels to support operational efficiency
Ensure schedules are completed accurately and on time
Monitor and improve retention and turnover trends
Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping standards
Continuously identify opportunities to improve staffing and scheduling processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven staffing decisions

High school diploma required
Experience in hiring, staffing, scheduling, or workforce management preferred
Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking and basic formulas preferred
