Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for patient care and facilities operations

• Manage employee schedules, including time-off requests, vacations, and sick leaves

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate with employees regarding changes or updates

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, patients, and families

• Collaborate with department managers to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing levels, schedules, and time-off requests

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and facility operations

• Order nursing and office supplies

• Maintain supply room, and med rooms

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or related field; prior experience in staffing or scheduling a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• CNA certificate
