Staffing Coordinator

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Batavia is currently seeking a staffing coordinator.

Duties Include:

• Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration.

• Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility with the DON and Administrator.

• Coordinate scheduling Per Diem staff on a monthly basis.

• Address staff call-outs with urgency.

• Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Communicate will all staff and director with respect and professionalism.

Requirements Include:

• Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.).

• Background & experience in staffing preferred, but willing to train.

• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
