We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager with experience across Jeddah, Madinah, Mecca to lead stakeholder engagement and relationship management, ensuring consistent and effective communication with government and semi-government entities. The role is responsible for coordinating and securing all project-related permits and approvals, while working closely with Business Group leadership to ensure seamless stakeholder alignment and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and semi-government stakeholders to secure necessary permits, approvals, and NOCs.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and planning/authority procedures.
  • Develop, monitor, and update the Stakeholder Management Plan and maintain stakeholder mapping/registers.
  • Establish and manage NOC trackers to monitor approval status and ensure timely submissions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate and on-time submission of documents required by authorities.
  • Monitor project schedules to identify risks or delays related to permitting and elevate when needed.
  • Liaise with authorities to resolve technical queries and clarifications.
  • Participate in design and coordination meetings to support alignment and issue resolution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly stakeholder reports and documentation.
  • Support public/government relations activities, engagement meetings, and communication materials.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in PMC, real estate development, consultancy, or large-scale project environments.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional and diplomatic engagement.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred (if applicable).
