Stakeholder Manager

The project:

A large multipurpose venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing stakeholder management frameworks and strategies.
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Advising on stakeholder and communications standards, risks, and reporting.
• Driving governance, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Developing management strategies, tools, and processes for effective delivery.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members to support career growth.
• Ensuring compliance with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and regulations.
• Supporting recruitment and contributing to net zero carbon objectives.

You’ll need to have:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Introductory experience supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
