Job Description

We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, maintain relationships, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including government and semi-government entities. The role involves facilitating project-related stakeholder permitting and approvals and working closely with Business Group leadership to manage stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders; liaise with relevant agencies and client teams for approvals and NOCs.
  • Keep updated on all regulatory requirements and planning processes for government and semi-government entities.
  • Develop, monitor, and update the Stakeholder Management Plan.
  • Establish and track NOC statuses, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Coordinate project submissions, revisions, and approvals with authorities.
  • Ensure project documentation meets stakeholder requirements and monitor progress.
  • Liaise with authorities for technical queries and issues.
  • Monitor project schedules for delays related to NOC progress and inform leadership of potential risks.
  • Participate in project design meetings and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports by coordinating with agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  • Maintain and update stakeholder maps and registers as roles evolve.
  • Travel to government and authority offices as needed.
  • Execute public relations and government relations campaigns.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings and events.
  • Gather and analyze data; prepare complex documents and reports.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for campaign delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Develop personal capabilities through training and professional development.
  • Provide information and advice on complex processes to internal and external customers.
  • Support external communications efforts.
  • Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships.
