Qualifications

University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics and/or related fields,

Fresh graduated or minimum 1 years of experience at product development from conception to implementation in Retail or FMCG sector,

Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams or organizational groups,

Advanced knowledge of MS Office,

Fluency in English is a must,

Excellent analytical and communication skills,

Job Description

Assists the Brand Category Team in the development of the product range for the relevant category (food, beverage, whole bean and retail items) that would strengthen and support the innovative and market leader position of Starbucks Coffee by ensuring suppliers offer services at and above the standards and expectations, increasing sales and improving margins,

Plans actions to achieve targets set for category performances in terms of turnover and units,

Creates and presents the business case for new products or programs to support market growth strategies and profitability targets,

Leads integrated launch programs for products, including product direction, marketing plans, store operations and supply chain requirements,

Follows-up performance of products, gathers consumer insights and evaluates program effectiveness; identifies actions to improve product performance and integrates findings into future activities and initiatives,

Manages harmonization of all products and service to Starbucks standards applied all over the world,

Monitors trends/fashion/orientations taking place in Turkey and in the world market; estimates these developments and takes action to sustain and improve the market leader position.
