Elite Task Manager – Sales Team Status & Incentive Structure
1. Sales Team Status
Sales Team (ST) members earn Active Sales Status upon securing their first contracted client. Active Sales Status reflects Elite Task Manager’s (ETM) confidence in the member’s ability to represent the company and contribute to revenue growth.
Active Sales Status may be maintained through continued performance, professionalism, and adherence to ETM’s standards. ETM reserves the right to review or adjust a member’s status based on performance metrics, conduct, or organizational needs.
2. Commission Eligibility
ST members are eligible to receive commissions on clients they personally acquire. Commissions are paid for the duration of the client relationship as long as the ST member remains in good standing and actively fulfills their sales responsibilities.
If an ST member becomes inactive or separates from ETM, commissions may transition to a declining or time‑limited structure, as outlined in the individual commission agreement. Commission rights are non‑transferable.
3. Equity Vesting
The 1% equity vesting schedule begins once the ST member meets the following criteria: Secures their first contracted client, and meets the minimum performance benchmarks established for their role. Equity vests over the designated vesting period and is contingent upon continued active participation, compliance with company policies, and alignment with ETM’s long‑term objectives.
4. Advancement to Partner-Level Status
Upon completion of the vesting period and consistent demonstration of high performance, ST members may be considered for Partner-Level Status.
Partner-Level Status is a recognition of leadership, initiative, and sustained contribution. It does not confer governance or voting rights unless explicitly granted through a separate agreement approved by ETM’s leadership.
5. Expectations of Sales Team Members
ETM expects all ST members to demonstrate:
Initiative and proactive engagement
Professionalism in all client interactions
Consistent follow-through on leads and accounts
Adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements
Team members are encouraged to generate leads through independent channels, provided all outreach and acquisition activities comply with ETM’s policies and applicable laws.
