We are looking for a detail-oriented State Compliance Paperwork Specialist to perform a variety of behind-the-scenes, mostly computer-related tasks in the adult beverage industry.
Duties of this person will be to support to our owners, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s state compliance paperwork. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using computer tools, like spreadsheets and basic office software, such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and/or similar software. The ability to daily check and respond to all emails is essential to this position, as we pride ourselves in top-notch high-quality service.
If you have previous experience as a State Compliance Paperwork Specialist, Administrate or Office Experience and/or familiarity within the liquor/adult beverage industry, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities + Skills
- Develop and maintain a stellar office filing system
- Maintain team Share Drive files + all it's folders/keep things clean
- Provide general daily support and assistance to our owners
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as computers and printers
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Docs and/or Libre Office
- Experience with Constant Contact, as well as PosterMyWall.com and/or a willingness to learn
- Ability to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets to help our team with filing paperwork with the Idaho State Liquor Division
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail is key, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially as it relates to daily email communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Potential to maintain company website with new liquor products and seasonal cocktails (Familiarity with Webflow is a huge plus!)
- The ideal candidate we would like to grow into a full-time Office Manager position in the long-run, but this will take some time, and this a long-term goal. This person must be willing to train and work hard on all day-to-day office activities first and shine in an administrative role, while taking on more tasks and responsibilities over time.
- A High School degree is required. Additional education and/or further college training is a huge plus!
- Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator and/or Receptionist/Secretary would be a plus, but is not required.
- Ability to work Thursdays from 4-6pm and/or Fridays from 5-7pm and/or Saturdays from 2-4pm at Liquor Store Tasting Events as a Brand Ambassador/Marketing Assistant as a back-up is preferred, but not required.

- The hours are super flexible, anywhere from 15-20 hours per week, roughly, to start, during normal Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, working hours. Many tasks can be performed using a home computer/remotely, once fully trained. In order to gain this level of trust with our company, you will need to be extremely detail-oriented and very organized and show us that you are able to handle a remote position by producing quality work over time.
